Heehee - this post made me smile! How many of the 15 & 20 pairs are the same size? I mean, they outgrow some, and you can never be too prepared ahead of time right?

I think she has maybe 5 or 6 pairs of shoes right now, though as she starts walking I'm sure that will increase.

hmmm charlie has brown sneakers from zara, blue adidas, and black converse. i think he has outgrown his shoes from last season... he used to have a lot more shoes but i am trying to pare everything down.
olive has uggs, moccasins, pink converse, and 3 of charlie's hand-me-down shoes -- converse, new balance, and adidas. she also has two pairs of cute shoes from joyfoli and another similar brand that don't fit yet.

currently she has 2. a pair of crocs she stopped wearing and a pair of crazy pink boots that were a gift
she loves her boots!
I bought her a pair of red Toms recently. Waiting for them to arrive!I don't like DD having too many shoes at once since her feet grow so fast. Usually she only has one pair at a time.

Probably 5, but only one in her current size. She has one in the next size up because she's growing out of her current shoes soon, and the rest are hand me downs that are too big.
