I sleep with 2. I can't sleep without a pillow between my knees.

Currently 3. One regular pillow, one small throw pillow to prop that one up so I can sleep a bit inclined (I'm having a post-nasal drip cough problem, and it's worst when I'm trying to sleep), and another small throw between my knees (haven't been able to sleep without one there since I was pregnant).

just 1 for me. I like to sleep as flat as possible so even my one pillow is very soft and flattens out. My neck hurts if it's at all on an incline.

2 normal size pillows & 1 small one. DH sleeps with 2-3 regular & one body pillow.

3...1 flat for my head, 1 positioned diagonally for my either my face or upper back, and 1 for between my knees (same as some others, haven't been able to sleep without 1 there since I was pregnant)

2 right now - one for head and one for between my legs - but that's because I'm pregnant. Usually just the one for my head!

2 for my head (depending on the height of the pillow, can be 1. I like to sleep higher up), and a body pillow.
1 head pillow and 1 body pillow for DH.
Yet, we have like 8 pillows on our bed.... lol

We each use 3. I use one under my head, one on top of my head and one under my arm. He does the same, but one between his knees and not under his arm. When I'm pregnant I use like 5 haha.
