I had 3 rounds of clomid where my lining got progressively thinner. Then I moved on to Femara and got my BFP after one round.

I did 3, because it was working to induce ovulation, and then got a BFP on the third cycle. OB says I can use it again if I need to when we TTC #2. I only needed the lowest dose.

4 (2 at 50mg and 2 at 100mg, 3x TI and one IUI) and moved on to another treatment. My lining was definitely thinner on Clomid, 6-7mm (what the RE said is the minimum they want to see), vs 11.5 this cycle on Letrozole.

2 unmonitored rounds of Clomid, then 3 rounds of Clomid with IUI. Then I switched to Femara + IUI for one cycle, then moved on to IVF.

I did 2 clomid cycles, 2 femara cycles and then 2 more clomid cycles. Then we moved on to injectibles with a new RE office.

4 rounds (3 ovulated) before my doctor said that was too much and obviously ovulation was not my problem.

Three rounds of Clomid, the first two being at 50mg and not inducing ovulation (we assume, unmonitored) and then got a BFP on my first 100mg cycle.

I did two rounds and got Liam (actually got a BFP after the first one, but it was a chemical). Did 4 rounds while TTC#2 and did not conceive. Now just trying with no medication.
