When I started, I pumped twice at work (and once right before I left home). I ended up going 4-5 hours between pumping.

But the last few months, I had to increase to three sessions at work, every 3 hours to keep my supply up.

I pump at work for my 3 month old. I pump 3 times while at work (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) -- 9, 12, and 3. I also pump after his 6 AM feed, but that's at home.

I try to pump at the same time he feeds, so I usually pump every 3 hours.

When I first went back to work, I had to pump 3x because I was super uncomfortable otherwise (well, I actually went to daycare most lunchtimes to feed DD and pumped morning and afternoon, but if I couldn't get there for some reason, I'd pump instead). We eventually had to drop the lunch feed around 10 mo and I dropped to pumping 2x. Now that we're nearing a year, I'm planning to pump-wean soon and I've dropped to one pump just before lunch. I've still got a huge freezer stash, though, so I'm not stressed if I come up a little short some days.

I don't pump anymore, but from 3 months to 11 months, I did 3 sessions per day at work. Occasionally, I added a night pump too if I needed more.

I work 7-330 and I pumped 4 times a day and pumped once before bed to keep my supply up and to make enough to send to daycare the next day.

I work 9:00-5:00 and pumped at 10 and 2. I could go longer between sessions and not notice a difference in output.

I pumped twice a day until LO was 7 months, and then I went down to pumping once at work and then in my car on the way home.

LO is 4.5 months old and I work from 8a-6p. I nurse LO at 630a, pump three times a day (10a, 1p and 4p), nurse at 630p, then again at 8p when we get home for bedtime and I pump at midnight. She wakes up anywhere from 0-2 times a night to nurse then back to bed. I had to pump four times a day (three at work) to keep my supply up with DD1 and same this time with DD2.
