Just curious how long you were able to keep up the routine of pumping? Did your # of pumping sessions change as LO got older?
I'm currently 4 months PP and have been pumping at work for a month, 2 x a day at work and 1 x at home. My goal is 6 months and then we will re-evaluate.

I'm at 9 months pp and plan to go till a year then re-evaluate. My short term goal for BFing was 6 months as well. 
I'm hoping my supply keeps up! 
Oh I pump 2x a day at work and 1x at home.

I pumped until a little after 9 months. (I pumped 10am, noon and 2:30pm)
DS started sleeping through the night at 9 months and I wasn't getting much during the day. I continued to nurse morning and night until he eventually gave that up at 11 months.

@Regberadaisy @Rachiecakes - How much does/did your LO drink around the 6 mo - 9 mo range?
I'm pumping about 17-20 oz a day and she's drinking 15 oz now at 4 months, so I usually have a little extra each day that adds up and eventually gets frozen. But my daycare wants to increase to 18 oz. Just curious if it'll increase again...

Still pumping 3x a day at 7.5 months. Getting really tired of it, I think once I hit 9 months I'm going to drop down to 2x a day.

I pumped for 4.5 months. I started off with 3 sessions but I was only pumping 2 times at the office towards the later months.

@CarrieLouWho: M's drinks 15oz at daycare then she nurses in the morning and another 4-5 at night then nurse.
I know most 9 months old eat a lot more than she does!

@CarrieLouWho: I was maaaybe pumping 10oz total? ugh.. I did have a freezer stash though. I think he was taking 13-16oz during the day, he's never been big on the liquids. He LOVES food.
He also would go on a bottle strike whenever he was getting new teeth and for a short period of time would nurse throughout the night, like every 2 hours. After his first 4 teeth though, that stopped.

@autumnlove - I did 3 x at work the first day and was like - there is no way I can do this everyday, I'll never get work done!

9 months postpartum and I pump 2x at work and 1x at home (though sometimes I fall asleep without pumping). I used to pump 3x at work but dropped a session.
My LO nurses 2x in the morning (5:30 and 7), takes 15 oz. at the nanny share, and nurses 2x at night (8 and 11).

I stopped pumping around 7 months. I wanted to go to 8 months but I've been dealing with work drama which caused my supply to tank. LO is 8 months and we are in the process of weaning. I pumped 3 times a day until 6 months and then went to 2 sessions then 1 and now none.

Still pumping 3x a day at 5m (pumping since back to work at 9w), plan to continue until DS is 1yr. With DD I pumped 3x/day for 7m and then 2x/day for 3m.

I pumped to a year last time and plan to do the same this time. Starting at 3 times a day but last time once I got my period back, my son slept through the night and he started solids, I had to add sessions here and there. The good thing is they don't really increase their milk intake over the course of the first year and it may even go down once solids are in play.

I pump twice a day at work and once at night when I get home. LO is 7.5 months old. I plan to keep it up until I have to go on a week long business trip when she is 10 months old. We will use that as an opportunity to end the pumping.

I used to pump 3x at work and once at home. Now that Liam is 10 months and eating more food, I pump 2x at work only. Once he's a year, I plan to shorten one sesson and then eliminate it. Then, I'll pump 1x per day for a little while until I eventually decide to shorten and elimate it as well. I'm looking forward to being done with pumping at work!

I pumped 3 times a day at work, and then I think around 10-11 months went down to 2 times a day until she was about 13 months.
If you can get to 6 months that is great (its a ton of work). After that they start solids and its a little bit easier to not stress about 15 ounces versus 16 ounces.

I'm pumping 3x/day at work and my lo is almost 9 months old. It IS a lot of work but I am amazed at how fast the time has gone. I have had ups and downs with pumping at work (low supply, using freezer stash, supplementing with formula, getting my supply back) but it has been worth it. No doubt.

We leveled out at about 14oz a day when he was 4mo old. Now at 8 mo he drinks anywhere between 12-16 ounces while I am away and nurses 1x in the morning and 2x at night. Prob about 28-30oz total for the day + solids at breakfast and lunch.
I pump 3x a day at work and get about 15-18oz for the day.
Does your LO still use the slow flow nipple? That helps pace the feeding longer and makes them feel fuller. If you haven't already, make sure your daycare knows that just because your baby finishes his bottle doesn't mean that he needs more breastmilk - it doesn't work the same way!

I work very part time and timed my hours so that I only had to pump once at work and between feeds (I can basically make my own schedule). I pumped for 21 months.
