Charlie has three. One puffy jacket from Zara, an even thicker winter jacket from Osh Kosh that my mom bought him, and a really nice wool duffle coat from Jacadi that we received as a gift.
Olive has one puffy jacket from Gymboree that my mom bought, an even thicker Gap puffy coat that I bought used, and a cute red Old Navy wool coat.
So they each have three that are winter weight! What about your LO?

She has 2, one adorable minky pink one my mom brought home from vacation, and a carters sleeper style outdoor snowsuit thing. She also has a fuzzy lined zip hoodie, but that won't be enough when real winter starts.

My son has a big puffer jacket with hoodie from Baby Gap, a thinner quilted jacket from Polo (with no hoodie), and a green waterproof jacket from North Face. Considering we live in SoCal where it's not THAT cold, I think we're all set for the winter! My DD is only 4 months old so we don't have any jackets for her yet. I don't plan on taking her out that much this winter. But next winter, I'm definitely gonna buy her a few cute puffy jackets and wool pea coats!

I have 2 bunting suits given to me from friends, but that LO hasn't worn yet. I got her a MEC bunting suit, and my mom bought her a gorgeous Jacadi coat that is WAY too big for her.

I just bought a puffy jacket for DD today at Gap, and she has a leopard dress coat from gap that was a gift. DS has a corduroy Sherpa jacket and that's it so far. We will see how cold it gets this year and for how long..

She only has a thin jacket my mom bought from BabyGap. She's still small, so we pack her in a bundler or a footmuff whenever we're out. She does have a snowsuit that I got for her, also from BabyGap, but she hasn't worn it yet.
Correction, I totally forgot the 2 padded, pink jackets I bought used by Marks & Spencer in sizes 3m and 6m.

Way way way too many!! We love our outerwear and now that he's in his second winter in this size we've accumulated quite a few. We have lots of great hand-me-downs as well as some great designer thrift store finds and the occasional clearance item from babygap or janie and jack.

all from my mom who is obsessed with jackets. it's a running joke that we all get some sort of outerwear for christmas from my mom. mr. cowboy has as many jackets as the number of years we've been married, and then some.
