R is guzzling down 5 ozs at day care. They say that she is still sucking on the bottles like she wants more. I sent one 6 oz yesterday and she drank the whole thing. Today day care is closed for a teacher work day. My sister watched R in the morning while DH was at the dentist. She texted me and said she drank 5 ozs but was sucking hard on my sister's finger like she was still hungry. So I said to heat up 2 ozs, she guzzled it down, but then had a big spit up. DH said that her next bottle, which was only 2.5 hours after the last, she ate a little over 6 ozs.

I nurse on the weekends, so not sure how much she is getting then. But she can go 3 -3.5 hours on the weekend between bottles.

I thought that BF babies, don't go up in amounts that they eat.
