Do you keep track? I buy throughout the season so I don't keep track that well. I should probably pay better attention to what I'm spending on her wardrobe. My problem is she changes her mind on what she likes too often!

I don't keep track well because I tend to buy piecemeal. For DS1, I'll estimate around $300/season. That doesn't include outerwear which we usually get from grandma. DS2 wears all hand me downs with the exception of special holidays and an odd shirt or sweater to match big bro.

I'd venture to say under $100, because we do get hand me downs so I supplement and really dig for sales, cheaper clothes, and have even bought used.
I think as DD1 gets older, I might spend more as she stays in one size longer.

I tend to do big orders and online, so in theory I should have an exact figure, but I don't. We get nothing handed down and no one buys clothes for us.
My son is in a uniform for school, but he still needs weekend clothes. I buy zero special occasion clothes and I do not buy it unless i am sure he'll wear it...no jeans, no button down shirts, no sweaters.

Summer is pretty short here so I spend way less on summer clothes than the fall/winter/spring season which is pretty mild here. Since a lot of the same clothes can be worn from September through May I buy a lot more stuff. Also I think clothes/shoes/coats for cooler months are just pricier than summer clothes and shoes. I think I spend about double the amount on clothes for the fall/winter/spring than summer season clothes

Well we had zero cold weather clothes so had to start all over. So far I've spent about $300 at old navy and $100 at target. And then had to get them coat/snow suits which was $50 for 2 and then we bought them boots which I can't remember the price. I usually like to hit the stores twice a season because they come out with new things half way through it seems like. And eventually I'll need to scope out Christmas outfits. I should add that these clothes should hopefully last fall-spring. So maybe may.

@sandy: Agree, summer stuff is so much cheaper than winter. And we only wear summer for 4 months and then winter the rest of the year!

No idea....I buy as I see good deals!
My frustration is shorts.... it's 80 in FL still but all stores have pants and long sleeves

Between $300-$400.
I'm buying higher quality stuff because she's in it longer and that way I also don't have to buy it again when the little girls grow into it.
I really only shop for my oldest.
I'll buy new stuff for the little ones when they have opinions.

I said $200. I try to do consignment purchases/hand me downs and fill in/add with Old Navy sales and target mostly

Usually under $50 (for two kids). But we get tons of hand-me-downs and presents. I just fill in the gaps at consignment sales.

He's only 13 months, so it's easier. We get some clothes from family or hand me downs. If we need other, specific things we buy used. We've bought one special occasion outfit in a year. And we don't get a lot of clothes for him. We do laundry once a week, so we only need a couple weeks worth of clothes.

I don't keep track too well, but probably about $200-300 per kid, per season, including shoes, PJs, coats. It all adds up! We don't get many clothes for presents anymore or get hand me downs either.

Between 100 and 200. Winters here are short but they are filled with holidays. And as previous posters mentioned, summer clothes are cheaper so even though we need a lot of those, they don't cost as much.

Right around $200. We don't get any hand me downs, and no one buys us clothes.

Too much. I'm a terrible impulse shopper and think "this is so cute and on sale for $20!" instead of "he has 12 hoodies at home".
