It really depends but lately she drinks about 12-14 ounces of whole milk and 5-6 ounces of pumped breast milk. I offer her a sippy of water throughout the day....I don't really track it because she spills a lot of it!

@autumnlove: I think my LO drinks too much! He drinks nearly double that! He will only drink breastmilk (frozen, he self weaned last month) or EO28 Splash (toddler formula). He will not drink water or anything else, but always wants a drink. We have been diluting the splash 40/60 with water, but maybe I shouldn't and just offer water and if he drinks he drinks?

My toddler nurses a lot, and drinks a good bit of water too. Maybe 8-12 ounces in a day. I don't really watch it closely, I just watch her diapers. If they seem dry, I make sure to offer her lots of water and fruit. On days when she eats a ton of fruit she doesn't drink as much, and the opposite is true if she eats a lot of grains.
