She constantly had it around that age. I think binky time peaked at 15 months (maybe 15-18?). I didn't consciously try and limit her binky time at all. It made her happy, she's a finicky kid, so I just left it alone.
Now, her 2nd birthday is in 3 weeks and she never uses her binky except for bed time and nap time. Even then, she only sucks on them for a few moments until she falls asleep. She just gradually stopped using them on her own since she's talking so much now.

We only gave it in the crib and occasionally the car after the newborn days. We ditched it at 12 months.
