Almost 4 and sleeps 11ish total -- 8p-7a, no nap. Every once in awhile she will nap if we have a particularly active day (skiing, swimming, tons of outdoor time) or if she is sick.

Right now, DS gets about 10 hours at night and no nap. He's 3.5. This is a problem, because he gets really tired by bedtime, but he does have low sleep needs overall. He's temporarily not in day care, where he takes 2 hour naps - he was more rested then, but bedtime was awful - an hour of jumping on the bed every night before he was tired enough to sleep!
