Spit up will always look like it's way more than it actually is. My LO is a big spitter too but I was advised that it wasn't a big concern unless he seemed to be in pain or discomfort and did not have lots of wet diapers. He is a happy spitter so I just deal with it as concerning as it may be sometimes.

I read to take an oz of liquid and spill it on the counter. It is a TON and likely way more than your LO is spitting up, right?

My daughter spits up a lot too. Some days she spits up less... but most days a lot comes back up. ...especially when she's on tummy time!

I'm not too worried b/c she seems pretty happy, and she's gaining weight like a champ. She probably has a little bit of reflux, but most babies do. They outgrow it eventually, although my pediatrician said it might take up until we start her on solids.
