Her rate. She doesn't know you have to pay daycare and her, so you have to go with the general rate.

When I was in college I worked at a daycare and this would happen pretty often (worked at a Jewish preschool so the High Holy Days were off). I would just charge my normal rate of about $12 for one child, a little more for additional children. I was different than the other childcare workers in that I did light housekeeping too to help pass the time during naps! But it was always a nice surprise to the parents rather than expected. I was often tipped a little something extra as well, though also not expected.

ETA: I worked in an area where either one or both parents were in a professional designation such as physician or lawyer.
