We are going on vacation in a couple of weeks, and are leaving our dogs at my parents' house for two weeks. For part of that time my parents will also be out of town, so we will have a dog sitter come over to let our two dogs and their dog out and feed them. We have had this dog sitter come over many times before, and my parents split the cost with us. The dog sitter comes over 4 times a day, and stays with the dogs for about 30 min-1hour each time.
How much would you pay someone to do this?

We are having someone who works for DH pet sit for us in a couple weeks and we need to figure out how much to pay. We were thinking $30/day....

Geez, I got paid about $160 for a week plus of dog/house sitting. I should've worked for y'all!

I pay my catsitter $20/day....he only visits one time a day though. For 4 times a day i'd say $50 -$60 a day is pretty good.

@NeekieRose: Yes, we have used her before, and have paid $50-60 a day. She doesn't have a set price though, and we've never had her come for this long, so I wanted to ask opinions to make sure we were paying a fair price.
