Do you cloth diaper or use disposables?
We use cloth. I try & change her every two hours (excluding poops of course) but sometimes life happens & we go about 4 hours. Any longer than that & I feel guilty. Except nighttime. She usually wears her overnight diaper for anywhere from 12 to 14 hours.

Xander's in disposable and I try to change him every 2 hours (unless he poops), but have definitely gone 3-4 before. And overnight he goes 12-14 hours.

Disposables and every 4 hours or so with an extra one in there for a poop usually. She's not very wet after two hours, if at all so there's no point in changing her so often.

@Bao: she is almost always soaked at 2 hours, so even going 4 sometimes makes me feel bad.

With LO #1 she's 22 mths and try not to go more than 4 hrs and LO #2 is 2 weeks and I feel like it's every 10 minutes! Both in disposables.

@lavender: haha we used disposables DD's first two months of life but she would sleep for 6 or 7 hours at a time & the doctor always insisted that I let her be so she went longer between changes as a newborn than she does now at 5 months!

It depends.
She's dry overnight so I don't change her for 12+ hours. Then she fills a diaper quickly after waking and again 20 minutes later. Then has another dry period from about 9-2. She's weird.
She's 13 months in disposables.

overnight, he goes 13+ hours. I usually wait to change the overnt one until his morning poop. then he gets a change every 3-4ish hours.

Before/after naps, which means every 2-3 hours, generally. She goes all night without a change. (14 months, disposables)

6 months in disposables, and it really varies.
She goes 12 hours overnight, but in the day I just change when I smell poop or it feels squishy. Sometimes it's as little as 20 minutes sometimes as much as 3 hours.

2-4 hours during the day and 11-13 hours at night. Cloth.

LO is 15 months old. We use cloth and change her every 1 1/2 - 2 hours, unless she poos then we try to change her as soon as we realize it's in there. She's got pretty sensitive skin, so if we leave pee or poo in for too long it's bound to turn red. At night we put two hemp liners in and she wears her diaper about 10-11 hours.
