i throw mine in the steam bag weekly

I would soak mine in hot water for an hour. And then wash. But sterilize maybe once a month,

i read somewhere that sterilizing was/is more important when you're not sure about the quality of the tap water--otherwise washing in hot soapy water is sufficient. whether this is true or not, i don't sterilize on a regular basis and things have been fine. i do use the microwave bags when i'm traveling for easier cleaning since i don't have my drying rack, bottle brush, etc. with me when i travel.

Like mediagirl, I run mine through the dishwasher only

I steralize every night in the micro bags...only because I'm lazy and its easier than soap and water. I keep my parts in the fridge during the day between each session.

Previously, not very often. Now that I'm back at work and DS goes to daycare, the hubby throws everything in the steam basket daily.

DH runs them through the dishwasher every other night or so. LO was on antibiotics a few weeks ago so if we only hand wash we also sterilize.

I just throw them in the dishwasher every couple of days. I wash it with soap and water everyday.

@Beyond2: I never sterilized mine either... I washed them in hot soapy water after every pump.
