In the last few years, I've been going at least 1x every 6 months; usually every 3-4 months.
Before that, I went maybe once a year?

Oh wow, I get a trim/cut every 5-6 weeks and color at every other appointment so color every 10-12 weeks.

Every six months to a year? I have longer hair that I don't intend on cutting, so its easier to go a longer period of time.

Up until last year, once a year. My stylist was impressed at how healthy my hair was despite the lack of trimmings. I had some split ends, but nothing major. I try to get it cut every 6 months now. I also have virgin hair so that may have impacted why my hair was still healthy.

Maybe once a year. I don't have a hair person down here so I don't have anyone regularly nagging me.

My new plan is every 3-4 months. Last year i was growing my hair out to donate it so i think i got it triimmed twice? Then i chopped off 12 inches shorty after LO was born and it is so much easier to deal with!

I'm soo cheap and don't have a stylist I love so maybe once a year. Usually before a big social event.

Probably every 6 months, but I do go in for free bang trims more frequently... maybe every 2-3 months.

I go about 3 times a year...spring break, christmas, and summer. eek...time for a trim before baby!
