I have a membership to a massage place so if I want to get my money's worth I have to go monthly. It was great pre baby, but now that she's here it's just not as easy to get over there. Hopefully I'll get to go this weekend though, it's been a while!

I've never actually had a "real" massage! One of my best friends just got a promotion and she's now the manager of a massage clinic..I may have to start going but its just easier to get DH to do it haha.

3-4 times a year for a full body. A chair massage probably once a month. Not nearly often enough.

I've actually never had one! My hubby gives me them, and I really love them, but I'm just always so intimidated to go have a stranger rub me down. Is that weird?

Never! Well, I have had remedial massages for running injuries but they aren't at all the same.

The only one I had was on our honeymoon 1.5 years ago. It was so nice and I wish I could afford to go more often. Dh gives me massages all the time bc I basically will put my foot in his lap and wiggle it until he starts rubbing, lol.

I used to a back massage once a month at my chiropractor's office and a full body every other month or so at a day spa DH and I are members of. Since I found out I was pregnant I haven't gotten either. I haven't looked into whether the spa does prenatal massage yet. I should really do that.

I've only had one massage in my life! I want a spa day before I return to work.

Probably 3 or 4 times a year. In my pregnancy I have had 2 and plan on at least 2 more - heaven on the back!

I usually go every second month. It's part if my benefits package, so I try to use it.

Jealous! I don't get them often enough. Maybe 1-2 times a year. I need to be going monthly though because my back is so tight!

I've had a few in my life. I get one maybe once every 3 years or so.

Every time I got a massage, I would get sick... I guess the tissues would release toxins or something. Finally I just had to give them up.

During high school and college I suffered from tension headaches and getting a regular message was one of the only things that helped! At first I got them several times a week (during HS), but as my headaches started to get better I only needed one "maintenance" message monthly (during college).
That being said, I have not had one in FOREVER! and could really benefit from one. DH got my mom and I gift cards for messages the other year for Christmas and we have not used them since I was pregnant during that time. I should really call and hopefully they will still honor the card!

There was a massage practice in the basement of my office, you'd think I would have gone more often, but I never made it a priority.
I go every time we are on vacation and I am looking into one of those new massage studios that are popping up all over my hometown.

just bought a 3-pack massage that i want to use every 2 weeks.... i need to get comfy while i feel so heavy. my back and pretty much anything that has a semblance of muscle hurts.

Not enough! I want to start going regularly before this baby arrives. I've been doing weekly acupuncture sessions but might substitute out the acupuncture and get a pregnancy massage instead!
