Bi-weekly for me, 2x/month for DH. I'm not really a fan of it. We used to both get paid bi-weekly on the same day and it was really easy to figure how much was coming in when. Now I've got 4-5 different pay dates each month to keep track of.

I get paid monthly and DH gets paid weekly, both on Thurs, and I LOVE IT. We take out a weekly budget in cash (groceries, gas, personal spending) so it's nice to not have to pull out multiple weeks at once. Most of our bills get paid with my paycheck then about 1-2 bills random on the other weeks. I love 5 week months too because that usually means a few hundred extra bucks! Too bad it's only like twice a year. But May is one for us!!!

Every week for me, and DH gets paid the 1st and 16th of every month, however the 16th is his "main" paycheck where the majority of his payment comes in.
