We have a shih-tzu that we get groomed every 3-4 months. Bathe him about every 2 weeks because he gets sooo dirty on his walks!

the other is a beagle terrier and she just sheds like crazy so in these summer months; i try to take her out and brush her daily~

Not really the same, but my cats get groomed every 3 months. They're so insanely furry, it helps a TON.

Never. DH bathes him, and he sheds himself so he doesn't need haircuts.

Every two weeks. She Is a Maltese and I can't clip the hair out between her pads and toes, so I just send her. That way she never gets really matted or anything.

I have a peek-a-poo and she goes every 3-4 months. She is usually looking pretty shaggy by the end, but DH likes her hair long and by that time her nails are too long and I'm too scared to cut them myself!

Nola gets bathed at home weekly because she likes to go swimming and comes home smelling really bad. We've never taken her to the groomer. Actually now that I think of it, I've never had a breed that required a groomer.

My Cockachon goes around every 6 weeks. If I keep up, she looks more like a Cocker Spaniel; if I slack off, she looks like an abandoned Bichon. I can tell she's feeling uncomfortable when her hair starts getting long, so she's better off just getting groomed.

My springers get groomed at least quarterly. I trim their nails in between and they get baths as necessary if they get muddy.

We bathe him at home every week and we take him to get a nail grinding every 2. He's short haired so he doesn't need haircuts.

We have a greyhound and they have a very short coat. DH will put her in the tub and bathe her about once a season.

We have a mini dachshund with short hair so only get his nails clipped....maybe 1x a month. Love my low maintenance pup!
