Do you give gas drops every feeding or only when you think your LO has gas?
It seems like B gets painful gas when we supplement with formula more so than when we BF. Should I preemptively give him drops before each formula feeding?

I would try it; our pedi suggested giving them before feeding Lo to help ward off gas. It helped!

I did it when I was changing her . . . which was pretty often!

I gave them after every feeding when he was getting fortified breastmilk, the Neosure gave him horribly painful gas.

We would usually give them before feeding. Once we went to gentle formula, he didn't need them as often. He's a gassy little thing still!

Probably twice a day. Definitely after feeding him pumped milk with a bottle, and once at night, as it seems he's gassier then.

I give them before her last feeding prior to bed. She is very gassy at night.

We did every feeding when a newborn. Now I give them at night.
