I'm not great at setting up play dates so we almost never go on any. Today we were supposed to have a play date at the park but they had to cancel. I was looking forward to it, so I'm pretty bummed! Maybe because it's a rare event...I need to work on planning more play dates!

LO has been having more play dates now. Usually with just one friend, but they've been seeing each other almost every other weekend. It's pretty fabulous because they are the only family we do drop off play dates with (family we had a nanny share with for the first 2 years of LOs life).
Since it's nice out, we'll be doing a lot more splash pad and park play dates for those of us who will be staying in the city for the summer. I feel like I need to keep on top of them because sometimes LO gets upset/sad that she doesn't have a little brother or sister at home to play with.

In the summer? A lot. During the school year, maybe one a week or so.

2-3 per week plus two mornings of school/camp in the summer. We like to be busy!

Never. But we both WOH and LO is in daycare full time. I don't feel like he needs play dates on the weekends, especially since it would cut into what little family time we have.

We either have play dates or meet friends somewhere 3-5 days a week. It really helps that we live in a walkable community within walking distance of an awesome playground for this age group and we have at least 10 families within a ten minute walk of our house. It's so easy to have someone over after nap for an hour, it's not a big production.

I'm part of a MOMS group, and we have one playgroup each week that we almost always make, and then 2 others that we are usually invited to/aware of -- one we make it to maybe 50% of the time, the other hardly ever. So typically 1-1.5 per week. But I SAH and these are recurring group type things that require minimal maintenance!
As far as one-off playdates, pretty rarely. I'm trying to be better about scheduling with DD1s classmates that she seems to talk about most often...but they are mostly zoned for different schools for Kinder, so I don't have much motivation to do something for just the next year

We used to have a couple a week, maybe even daily, before we moved, now they happen less often. They had one yesterday and today though, and DD loved them.

At least 1-2 times/month generally. But it's a little easier for us because we had pre-existing friends that have kids within a year of age of our kid, so it isn't like I'm seeking out new mom friends or anything. Just seeing our old friends who now happen to have kids haha.

We have two friends that we see once or twice a week each.

While I'm off on maternity leave, twice a week. It'll have to stop once I'm back at work, but I'm inspired to set more up at weekends going forward.
