How often do you wash your bath and kitchen towels? I swap out the kitchen towels 1-2 times per week and the towels I *try* to do that much, but honestly I'm not very good at remembering to do those.

I switch out the kitchen towels every 3 days or so. Bath towels we use for about a week (but both of us shower every other day, so it gets used 3-4 times before it is washed).

Bath towels, it depends but with kitchen towels I tend to swap them out every few days. That's because DH can never remember which towel is for hands while cooking and which one's for drying off bottles - even though I try to make it as simple as possible!

My dh refuses to use a bath towel more than once. *sigh*

I wash bath towels after every use, hand towels every 2 days and kitchen towels 1-2 times a week.

~ 2x's a week for both. I do laundry at least twice a week and I always like fresh towels. Kitchen towels might even get swapped out more often depending on kitchen activity!

Every day for all towels except for DH's bath towel, he uses the same one about 3x's...i just cant bring myself to re use my "dirty" towel after a clean shower and i'm guilty of using a separate one for my hair too!

We stocked up on a ton of bath and kitchen towels so that we could do laundry 1x a week. Dh goes thru his bath towels every 3 -4 days and I stretch mine for about a week if I can!

Kitchen towels are usually every 3 days, bath towels drive me bonkers in our house. DH uses a new one every day, I go every 4-5 uses! So much laundry with his towels, it's ridiculous!

Wow, you guys make me feel like a dirty slob!! We have a kitchen hand towel (for drying hands only) that I change maybe once a month. For everything else we use paper towels. And bath towels, maybe once every 3 or 4 weeks. I figure, I'm clean when I use it, I hang it right back up to dry, it can't be that dirty, can it?

I got in the habit of replacing bath towels every Sunday. I'm bad with kitchen towels though. I just replace those whenever I remember. I don't use them for much aside from drying my hands.

I only use kitchen towels for one day before tossing them in the wash. I don't like to spread kitchen germs around.
I do bath towels once a week.
