I used to wash them twice a week but she sleeps longer these days and her jammies and sleep sack smell like pee every morning! Her diapers aren't leaking but the unpleasant ammonia stench lingers....
I want to buy another Baby Deedee sack!

I wash the baby's every other day since she sleeps so much. For my toddler, once a week unless it gets soiled.

I wash every week or so, sooner if they are stinky or get icky. That doesn't happen often though.

Usually about once a week, or when I do my next load of laundry. Unless it is super smelly then I wash right away. I really need to get at least one more sleep sack!
