I haven't worked out in over a year.
Once baby boy arrives and I get the okay, I'm hitting the gym at least 4x a week!
Can't wait to start running again.

Work out? What's that?
When I'm done having kids, I'm going hardcore. But until then, chasing after LO and just working at my job is my daily work out.

I was working out 2-3x a week until it got cold and DH had to start taking the car to work.

As of right now, never. DH and I just went and got memberships yesterday though, so I've set Saturday as my goal to get back into it! In the meantime, EAT ALL THE FOODIES.

I try and go 3 or 4 times a week. This week I have only gone once, damn cold is kicking my butt.

As a SAHM I find I have time to do it, I try to do it 5x a week. Right now I'm at day 7 in a row.....I think I have a problem hahahaha

Oh gosh can't even remember the last time I worked out! I went power walking when trying to go into labor does that count

It's been a few good months. Like 6+ months?? I've been so lazy.

3-4 times a week....Although it's been MUCH slower/shorter since around 35 or 36 weeks. 39 wks tomorrow & getting induced Sunday with parents arriving Sat morning, so I think tomorrow will be my last workout until I'm cleared after the baby!

For real? 1x a week, but I count walks with LO as a workout so almost every day.

3-4 times a weeks since I'm escaping the first trimester fog. In the first tri I was lucky if I got in twice a week. Before pregnancy - 5 days a week at least! I miss it, but feel like I've found a happy medium for the moment.

I was working out 4 days a week up until probably the end of my first trimester then it became very sporadic to non existent. I plan to get back in the gym at least 4 days a week once I have baby and given the OK to work out again.

I crossfit about 3 days a week now and play volleyball on Sundays

3-4 times a week always - more if I'm feeling really good (or want to eat really bad foods!)

I'm at 34 weeks and my goal is 3x a week. Usually just for 20-40 minutes. Plus I walk to work several times a week. I always think I can do more, but then I wind up too sore and tired.

2-3 times a week - I wasn't working out at all once I went back to work in September, and I finally realized it was really impacting my mood to never work out so now I hand off LO to DH at least one evening during the week and one day on the weekend. I wish it was more but better than nothing!

When not pregnant, 4-5x a week.
Now that I'm pregnant (21 weeks), I aim for 3-4x a week - I cut out one extra day of crossfit that I was doing pre-pregnancy.

Never. I hate working out - I'll never be the person who says "can't wait to go to the gym!!" lol. I'll go for walks in the spring/summer for pleasure, not necessarily fitness, but once fall hits I lose all ambition.

I used to work out EVERY day. Then I got pregnant with DD and stopped. After I had her I went to 3-4 times a week and now that I am pregnant again I go twice a week.

Oh my...I'm such a lazy bum. Never! But, it needs to be all the time. I used to get up and run every morning, but not any more. Not for a long time.
Maybe this thread will be my inspiration!

It used to be 5x a week before I had DD, then it went to 3-4 x per week. And now it will be 6 weeks before I can get back to the gym... (waiting on my knee to heal after surgery)

I don't know how all you mommies find time to work out. Since DD was born I've barely had time at all for a real workout. I've finally just recently started going to yoga class once per week. (Baby is 8 months old.) I get really minimal amounts of time w/ DD already b/c my work schedule is so busy. I don't want to sacrifice any more of my time with baby so I can work out, but I know I am in serious need of exercise...

Not near enough. I need to start doing it at least 5 times a week. I'm the type that can do it a few days in a row then get burnt out.

No thanks! Other than cleaning and vacuuming and chasing the baby, I'm good. Actually, I've been trying to spend a couple days a week baby wearing him as much as possible when out and about instead of using the stroller or shopping cart. We did the aquarium at the mall yesterday...kicked my butt!
@prettylizy: ha, ha good one!
