I would say they are all in their 30s, 40s and 50s in the infant room at our daycare. The teachers in the young toddler room look a little younger...20s and 30s!

Our daycare provider is in her late 40's. Her helpers are college kids (and one high school senior) who are enrolled in the ECE program at the local college.

Ours are mostly 20's but some are in their 40's.

I would say they are ranging from 30s-50s. It makes me feel better that they are all moms.
