LO is 6 months and I only give him 4.5 oz. I'm thinking I need to up it. He is 18 pounds and tall.

Six months and anywhere from 3.25 to 4 ounces, depending if she takes three or four in a day. She takes ~13 ounces total for nine hours away, with one "meal" of solids. She is about 15 lbs.

Same as @char54: 4-6oz at 3mths.

When LO was taking bottles she topped out at 5 ounces, and then went back down to 4 ounces when she started regularly having solids.

Three ounces, four if he seems extra hungry. He often will not finish the first bottle of the day. LO is four months, but this has not changes since I went back to work at 6 weeks. During the week he gets three bottles and 3-4 nursing sessions. I am pretty sure he gets more when he breastfeeds, especially in the morning.
