9 mos and he wakes up between 5-5:30. I really wish he would push it until at least 6am!

2.5 year old and almost 1 year old both wake between 7-8. Usually the baby 15-30 minutes before the toddler.

14 months, and it's always between 6-6:30...we occasionally get a 5:45 wake up, but they have been waking up at this time since 6 months so I assume I'll never be sleeping in again

9 months. He is usually up between 6:30-7. Sometimes he won't wake up until 8! But he still has 1-2 motn feedings.

13 .5 months, and usually up around 7 am or so. We've had some weird nights the last few weeks though, so he's been up as early as 6, or as late as 7:30

DD is just about 6.5 months. She typically wakes around 8 for her first feed. About 75% of the time she goes back to sleep until 930/1030. After that she's up for the day.

9.5 months. She typically wakes up between 7:15 and 7:45.

15.5 month and anywhere between 630 and 730.
We went through a loooon (like 3 month) period where he was waking up at 530/545 for the day...Lo will still often wake up then, but he now usually goes back to sleep til 630/7. Those early wake up days are AWFUL though.

12 months and usually up by 8am. She can start stirring around 7:30. This weekend, she didn't make a peep until 9. Was awesome. Last weekend she woke up at 7:20 on one day and DH and I were just confused and stumbling around. We're so screwed if we have another and s/he is an early riser.

She wakes up for a feed usually around 6am, but falls right back to sleep until 9ish.
