2.5 when we officially did it, but it had been a long process of bottomless at home before that.

26 months old.

We just did it Labor Day weekend with our almost 3 year old. He'll be 3 in November. We probably could have done it earlier but I had DS2 in June so we figured it was bad timing.

our son is 2 years and 10 months and we haven't started yet. He hasn't shown much signs of readiness, only some passing things that don't stay. But I am thinking by the 3 year mark we will get serious about it (in November). Also, we just moved into a new house and he has a new daycare, so I wanted him to adapt to those changes first. And now with LO2 expected in February, I am essentially *hoping* he gets trained by then!

My boys were more difficult to train. They were 3.5, 3 and 3. My daughter was right before she was 2

DS1 just turned 3 and isn't trained yet. It's been a slow process but he's becoming more receptive. I think he physically was capable six months ago but has totally resisted. At his well visit, I asked the doctor about it. She says 2.5 - 3 is the typical age she seems it happen, but 3 - 3.5 is also super common. If not by 4, then it's a developmental delay.

We kind of tried a few different times before three but he just wasn't ready. He turned 3 at the end of March, we started getting serious in May but he wasn't what I consider fully pee trained until August. Just a couple weeks ago he started pooping in the potty.

37-38m. I only started when he woke up dry from sleeping a few times. #2 happened maybe 3 weeks after he was trained on #1...

DS was daytime trained was around 18 months. He's almost two and we haven't even tried nighttime (he still wakes up with huge diapers in he morning).

27 months! He's been showing signs for months and I finally bit the bullet over a long wknd! He was good on owe w the three day method, #2 about a week later. A couple months after he night "trained" we just switched cold turkey to undies after he'd been waking up dry for weeks. He's had a few overnight potty accidents just before his baby bros arrival in July but he's been great since!

He's 34 months now (turns 3 late Nov) and he's fully night trained and can go by himself most of the time except helping w wipes!

Just before 24 months/2 years old. He had a sudden burst of multiple readiness signs and we went with it. It was pretty quick and straightforward including overnight as well.

DS1 potty trained at 17 months. He caught on early (I started offering the potty at about 6 months) and when he started asking to go instead of waiting for me to put him on it I switched him to undies.

DS2 is 20 months and still won't go if I put him on a potty. If he's naked he'll go pee all around a toilet on his own, so I know he gets the general idea, but he's nowhere near ready to actually use the potty.

(The peeing all over it is the most obnoxious thing everrrrr)

@Mamasig: this is where we are with my son (3 next month.) We often have him hang out naked and he never has accidents, but when he needs to go he will say, "May I please have a diaper?" He hates sitting on the potty, and I think it's mainly because he finds it boring. Reading books and playing games seem to be too distracting. Anyone have tips for kids like this? He has a new sibling coming in mid-November, so it may not be the best time to aggressively pursue it...
