Almost 32 and stil haven't. It'll likely be somewhere between 35 and 40 before we do but that's okay. We have some stuff to get situated and money to save. Our 20's were rough on us individually before we met 4 yrs ago.
I'm in no hurry. It will all fall into place.

I'm 32 and hope to make a home purchase this year! My husband owned a home when we got married so that's where we've been living but we've outgrown it.

DH bought his first home a few years before we got married. I always rented.
We're building our forever home now. (I'm 34!)

I was 23 when we bought our condo. Who knows how long it will be before we can afford an actual house.

27, before we were engaged. Our parents thought we were crazy. We are looking to buy our forever house in our mid-30s.
@imbali: We had family help with the downpayment - my family made investments when I was born for this exact purpose because they are staunch believers in home ownership. We live in a city with an expensive rental market, and for tax reasons it didn't make sense to keep renting. Things were REALLY tight the first couple of years unril DH and I got promotions.

28 and still haven't. Hopefully in the next 3 or so years after I've graduated and we save up a good amount of money. I need to know where I will be practicing so we can live in the area.

I was 23 when we put in the offer on our house and 24 when we closed on it - happened right around my birthday. DH already owned his home when we got together, but it was a small 2-bedroom where the second bedroom was more of a walk-in closet...definitely a bachelor pad! So we sold it and bought the house I'm referring to pretty much right after getting married.
