My 8 month old DD has a runny nose so we didn't get any sleep last night. She keeps waking up not being able to breathe. The doctor suggested elevating her head while she sleeps. I understand that I can prop the mattress to elevate one side but DD moves around a lot while she sleeps so if I elevate one side, there's a good chance she'll still spin 180 degrees and will end up elevated the wrong way (or will turn 90 degrees.)

Any other ideas to get her in an elevated position for sleeping? My co-worker suggested having her sleep in her stroller. We may try that.
