I'm so tired and exhausted I'm ready to cry at my desk.
I really need some help getting a good night of sleep.
I've been going to bed early, but been having trouble falling asleep due to a racing mind, despite being extremely tired.
Once I fall asleep I wake up every hour, either because I'm uncomfortable, or to use the bathroom.
I've been trying to prop myself up with pillows, I bought a pregnancy pillow. Nothing is helping! I am so tired at work, I'm not sure how I can make it to 5pm.
Any tips? Please! I'm begging you!
