Daylight savings screwed up our schedule so my 3y10m son is now waking an hour early. He wakes at 5:30am. If he naps, he doesn't fall asleep til 8:45/9pm so we usually skip them so he can fall asleep at 8/8:15. Haven't had much luck moving bedtime earlier. He is soooo tired all the time. Should I invest in a Hatch? He is absolutely not the type of kid who will "play in his room" quietly til we get up. Probably hopeless but wondering if there's any way we can get him to sleep in longer.
