Alright this might be a stupid question. But I forgot my cell phone at home (ugh!!) and I'm at work. I just wanted to text hubby to tell him I don't have my phone because he texts me a lot during the day.
Does anyone know how to do this??

@MrsBrewer: You have to log in to your account online and then you can send texts from it. you go to your service providers webpage and then log in like you were going to pay your bill and they should have an option for texting

Also, if you have gmail, you can do it through there.

@Mrsbells: So I just figured it out, you have to go in the labs, and find the SMS chat one and enable it. And then in the g-chat window you choose send SMS or something like that. I'm going to try it out now!

This probably doesn't help you right now, but you can also use Messages/imessages on a Mac to text someone who has an iphone.
