Lately, DS has regressed in his sleep so much that I'm beginning to think he needs to CIO, but I'm so worried of pissing off my neighbors, whom are not kid friendly to begin with.
Does anyone have the same fear?
If you lived in an apartment and sleep trained by CIO, what approach did you take and were you able to not annoy your neighbors?

we live in an apartment. but we havent exactly sleep trained yet. My only suggestion is to try and put your LO to bed early because the neighbors will be less pissed off if he cries at 7pm rather than 10pm at night.

I don't live in an apartment currently or with a LO. But the sleep training time is an hour max (if it is taking longer, it may be time to look into something else) and a few weeks at most. They can be pissed for a few days and just get over it. It is unfortunately one of disadvantages of living in an apartment.

We did 3 sessions of sleep training in our apartment. No one complained. If they did, I'd probably just have said very nicely that this is one of the pitfalls of apartment living and they'd have to just deal with it.

We did it, but I figure I listen to their annoying music at all hours so they can listen to my child cry for awhile LOL. I guess we have a similar level of mutual respect. I agree with @looch -- that's living in a community!
