"Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" says to put your child to sleep at the same clock time. For example, if LO's bed time is 6pm, after the time change, you should still put your LO down at the adjusted time of 6pm. His reasoning is that one's activities (play, dinner, bath) all happen at the same-ish time and we don't adjust our lives an hour ahead so...yeah.

When DD was a baby, we adjusted her bedtime by 15 min increments starting a few days before.

Luckily the time changes at like 1-2am (I forget when!).
So we'll just continue to put our LO down at her normal bed time.
