I think we can definitely classify pineapple as a craving this pregnancy... I can't get enough!!
My tummy is happy but the inside of my mouth is not... I eat it until my gums and mouth are all raw and sore!!
Someone said that craving pineapple means you're having a girl, which I am!
Anyone else craving or craved pineapple and had a girl?

I loved pineapple in the first trimester, and most of the second. And according to our ultrasounds we are having a girl.

I have had serious pineapple cravings.. but I tried not to eat too much because a heard an old wives tale that excessive amounts of pineapple can induce labor. I am having a girl.

I have loved pineapple and other acidic fruits throughout pregnancy. My biggest fruit craving during pregnancy is actually grapefruit. I'm having a girl.

I am craving pineapples too! But I don't know the gender yet! I have an appt the first week of April and at that time we'll schedule an ultrasound for the second or third week of April when I'll be 17-18 weeks. I'll have to come looking for this when I find out!

I didn't crave them while I was pregnant though.
I did eat carbs and sweets like crazy!

OK I went overboard on the pineapple... started eating a Chobani afterwards and then threw it all up. At least pineapple doesn't taste too bad coming back up. Ugh.
Oh, and my mouth is all raw again. Oops.

I hate a lot of pineapple (and other high-sugar fruits) in my second trimester and ended up gaining 12lbs in 3 weeks. My OB was like, Ùh yeah...You need to cut back

I had that craving in the first trimester, I ate 1/2 -1 pineapple per day. I tried it again in the third trimester and it made me throw up, so sad!

I was craving pineapple last night and after eating a ton of it, I decided to google "pineapple and pregnancy" and came across the old wives tale. I started freaking out but after reading about all of you ladies, I feel better. We're not finding out what we're having but if @skibobrown was craving pineapple and acidic fruits.......

I ate pineapple when I was in labour and it tasted sooo good... then threw it all up. Yuck!
I didn't eat it any other time in pregnancy and had a boy... maybe it's true.

I love love love pineapple! We're team green, and I've been craving it like crazy, so maybe we'll have a girl, too? But I haven't eaten as much as I like because I read crazy things about it & pregnancy, plus my mouth KILLS me after eating a cup.

I ate a papaya today and then made the mistake of consulting Dr. Google. Apparently, eating any fun/delicious/tropical fruit is a no-no during pregnancy. WTF.

mmm pineapple! i had a boy but i craved the mexican style fruit (salt, chili powder and fresh lime juice) all the time. every time i had it, i had major heartburn :(.
