My 9 month old DD has started "yelling" at the dog when she barks now. Lol.
Any behaviours your LOs have inadvertently picked up from you?

This in our house, too. She just yells NO at the dog. All the time.... ooops.

Same happens at our house, lol. She also yells "No, no, no!" while she's destroying things cause that's what I always tell her when I move her away.

I was just saying this to DH a few weeks ago. We are trying to say be quiet instead of shut up because I'm afraid that's what LO will learn.

My friend's LO says "no no no" and WAGS HER FINGER at their dog when he barks. It's hilarious.

haha! DS does the same thing with our dogs. Even if I am telling DS "no" or "be nice", he will find the dogs and tell them to "be nice"...not sure how to tell him that I am NOT talking about the dogs!

@emg86: hahahahaha so at least she knows she's not supposed to be doing it?!
@lilyann: that's hilarious. We had to stop saying good girl to dd because our dog would come up to us all happy thinking we were praising her.
@mrsjazz: lol

Yeah my daughter does that too. The second she walks in the house she'll say "no no no no no!" to the dog because our pup is always up welcoming her and she doesn't like that. She'll even tell me while we are still in the car that she's going to say no to the pup when we walk in the house.
