I need some help!

DH and I don't eat that great. So far we have been lucky enough to both be thin, but I don't feel healthy and I really want us to eat better.

I don't know where to start! I feel like there are so many things that we shouldn't eat these days, I just don't know what to do.

I'd like to learn some basics and go from there.

Can any one suggest some good resources or any tips?
