    Hi ladies-
I just thought it was only fair to let you know that I am a constant lurker here. I can't tell you how highly I think of each of you and how much I pray your patience be soon rewarded.
I don't know if I should join just yet or give it until my RE follow-up, as we are in the testing phase of our cycle.
I guess I will do a short update while I wait:

2012: ttc 8m with Metformin= pregnant with DS. Used double dosages of progesterone to sustain pregnancy throughout its' 1st trimester.
    2013: MC at 9w
    April '13-July'13: ntnp
    July '13-Current: TTC
    Metformin
    Clomid (3rd cycle)
    HSG-came back all-clear (tilted uterus)
CD3: borderline/low FSH, heavily elevated lh
Still waiting to have my gyne scan and my saline sonogram and my 3rd set of CD3 bloodwork.
I went in for my u/s about 3 days ago, only to be told that my uterine lining was too thick to allow them to see enough, so I will be starting the BCP to thin that lining in 2 weeks and have to go back to try the u.s again.
Dh's SA came back normal for quantity, borderline for morphology but we are redoing that test as well because it was taken on a day we had already had sex (which we told them) so the results may have been skewed (especially since I had gotten pregnant twice before). That's us.

At this point, I am on CD16 and no sign of O. I don't know if my body is planning on ovulating (I did last cycle on 100mg) but if I do, it won't be until cd18 or cd19 anyway. To be honest, I am wishing this cycle away (knowing it is a dud) so we can get onto the cd3 bloodwork and BCP.

@FaithFertility: Thank you!!! We adopted a 6mo old Bassett/wiener dog mix! He is blending pretty seamless with our other pup (a 14mo old terrier) but potty training is touch and go haha. At least it keeping me busy!

What's fun about my town right now? The fact that the sun is out. Really!

My updates: I'm in the TWW. Had some weird cramping earlier but it has gone away and feels like a regular BFN cycle.

DH dropped of his SA on Friday and we are meeting with the Dr on Thursday to discuss our results, our next steps and hopefully our first IVF cycle! AF is expected to come April 21st, but I took Clomid for the first time so I'm not sure what it did to my cycle. Just waiting...

    3 positives:
    1) I have two furry puppy dogs sleeping next to me.
    2) I get to find out our next steps next week. Hopefully I'll be put on BCP.
    3) It's going to be a sunny weekend here in Seattle!

@Kelli_Deluxe: that sounds like an adorable mix and I demand to see a picture (or two)!

@CupQuakeWalk: welcome! Did you use to have a different name? You can join whenever you feel you're ready. How long did it take to conceive your son?

@bluestriped bee: enjoy the sunshine this weekend! Do you have plans?

So today I'm feeling not in an awful spot, but a not so good spot. I'm having very little CM during this TWW which makes me feel discouraged. And last night I drank about half a beer at a festival and felt so guilty. . . I've decided to try to really limit caffeine and alcohol for our upcoming cycle so I can feel like I'm giving it our best shot. I was with friends though and wanted to avoid any questions, but felt lame for not just saying I didn't want a beer. Then I felt bad for feeling guilty b/c I know it's not productive. I know I was thinking like an irrational person. I just got all twisted up! I guess I'm worn out.

@Happygal: Those thoughts are only because you care about this sooo much! I used to not even get decafe coffee from DD because I wasn't sure it really was decafe, but soon realized I just need to relax and be me!!

Prayers to you and a fast TWW!!!!! With a great ending

@Happygal: Don't beat yourself up about this, I'm sure a little bit of beer won't hurt I get like this too but the therapist reminded me that the most important thing is to feel good and if that means a cup of coffee or a glass of wine then that's what I should do.

@FaithFertility: woohoo on the doubling! I'm still excited for you!

@TheReelDeal: I'm hoping your TWW is more fruitful than mine.

I am feeling very impatient with the TWW. DH & I talked more and we're thinking to hold off on IUI for the next cycle given that the clomid worked this cycle.

@Happygal: Don't beat yourself up too much; I live my tww consciously but relaxed. I'm aware of what could be going on in there but the cycles where I lived it like I was already pregnant, I drove myself a little crazy symptom spotting etc. Then! I remind myself of all the youngins who don't track and have no idea they're pregnant while they're living it up at the bar haha. A beer won't hurt I will also def post a picture of the puppy later!

@bluestriped bee: Good luck at your appt Thurs!

@Kelli_Deluxe: @lazypands: thanks You know, it wasn't really a concern about alcohol and the TWW. It was more being in a huge crowd with my friends and being surrounded by babies galore, and worrying that a friend would ask if I was pregnant if I didn't drink. I'm tired of being asked that and always saying no. But today is a new day!

    Welcome to @alohaorchid: @CupQuakeWalk: @Kelli_Deluxe:
I hope your stays here are short!

What's exciting about spring here? I don't know! I'm just trying to get through the end of the school year. Just 5 weeks left.

    1. We have a trip coming up to Italy! Neither of us has ever been and always wanted to go. DH's sister is living there for a year and we had the exact number of ff miles to go visit, so we couldn't turn down the chance!
    2. DH's job is officially full-time and as of April 1 we have health insurance! For the first time in years! So, it's very, very exciting.
    3. Just 5 weeks to summer. I'm very ready for this school year to be over.

@Kelli_Deluxe: What an adorable pup! And thanks! We NEVER thought we would get to go to Europe, so we're very excited (once we get on the plane anyway. Until then my head is full of a million checklists!)
@FaithFertility: May 19th is the last "class" day. There are a couple of teacher work days and an all school picnic, but I'm only counting "lesson plan" days! That stinks you go into June! You must have started later than we did. We started the beginning of August.

I have had a hard time sitting down to update. I kept hoping I'd have time to respond to everyone. I've been reading, but I just don't have the time/energy to respond to everyone like I want to.

I have to admit after my great dr's appointment on the day I O'd, I had a lot of hope for this cycle. But alas, I started spotted on 11 dpo, which is becoming normal for me so I am pretty sure I'm out for the month

What is great about springtime in my town? The weather has been beautiful all week, all the orchards are blooming and the wheat is still green. It is absolutely beautiful

    1. My FFA chapter has their banquet on Wednesday night, it is when the community comes together to celebrate all the kids have done this year. There may be as many as 300 people there. While its a TON of work, its also a lot of fun.

    2. DH is off of the night shift. It has been so nice having him home at night!

    3. We got tomatoes and peppers planted this weekend.

@owlteach: night shift news & good weather seem like reason enough to be happy:) wish our weather was consistent enough to allow the trees to blossom. Maybe in a few weeks...

@Kelli_Deluxe: Oh my gosh that is one adorable puppy! Congrats on the new addition

@babycanuck: I'm so, so sorry. *huge hugs*

Not much of an update for me. I had a pretty productive weekend and did yoga twice, upped my vitamins and generally upped my mood. My husband annoyed me yesterday because he flaked on a thing we were supposed to go to. I was all ready to go and then he decided that he "didn't feel like it", I hate it when people are like that!

I'm excited that we only have a 4 day week at work this week... but we have to go to see the in laws this weekend. Ugh. I LOVE my MIL and FIL but my SIL and her husband and kids will be there and I find her difficult to be around so I'm not looking forward to that.

    Hello ladies!!

@Owlteach: created an IF sock/nail polish swap here. [link removed at the request of the OP!]

If you want to participate, you have til April 22nd to sign up.

Thank you Owlteach for setting this up!

@bluestriped bee: I'm seriously contemplating the sock swap. I'll definitely decide by next week.

I'm sure I'll have an update tomorrow after my WTF phone consult but I'm getting anxious about what's going on with my body. I've been symptom spotting like crazy as much as I try not to so I caved and tested with an FRER this morning & it was negative. It was really odd because when I went to wipe this morning, I had pink tinged EWCM and my panty liner shows scant spotting. Is EWCM normal right before AF? It's been 13 days post trigger now so I'm hoping I get some answers soon.
