I'm just curious how many of us who have IF, have seen a BFP(s) or have only seen BFNs.
I haven't seen a BFP before. I know there are many of you who had miscarriages or a loss and I'm so so sorry. I know I hope and pray to see a BFP at one time in the future but I understand dealing with a loss can be so much more difficult than the BFNs.

I almost voted other, only because I tested the HCG trigger out of my system, so technically I saw a positive HPT, but it was artificial, not from a baby

No BFPs for me. Going through IVF is so bizarre because this is probably the only shot I'll have to see those two lines and I'm scared to death! I don't know if I'll have the guts to POAS at the end of this. I think I'd prefer to just receive a call from my doctor's office saying yes or no, rather than stare at another stick trying to see a second line. Maybe it's POAS PTSD. @Leialou: Do you feel this way too with your IVF cycle, or am I the only crazy one here?

Never.... I have the same worry as @pui: and @Shutterbug:
I never tested after my treatment cycles either (IUI) because I was too scared to like @twodoghouse: mentioned

I voted other because I only saw my first BFP with the baby that is still growing in my belly. I honestly thought I would never see those two lines. It was a long 20 months of stark white pee sticks.

I saw one once but had a m/c. It was in 2008 when I was with my ex (definitely not planned). DH and I have been TTC for 2 years now and I have not seen one BFP. I am worried that I will never see one again.

I saw it twice, once with a miscarriage, once after ivf. All within about 4 years of officially and unofficially trying.

I got my first and only BFP after my IVF cycle. I did test the trigger out because there was no way I was waiting 16 days till my beta. I got my BFP at 6 DP5DT and have a six week old now. I hope that everyone here gets their BFP and sticky baby soon

I believe that I've had two faint positives,, one last summer and one last cycle. I've tried to convince myself they were evaps or faulty tests because I started a day or two later but I think one or both might have been chemical pregnancies. I'm scared if I ever do see a BFP I won't believe it until I deliver a healthy LO.

Three...two losses and the little plum currently in my belly. With this last one, though, I was too afraid of a bfp to test...I went straight in for blood work, because that was easier for me to handle. I only POAS in order to convince myself it was true, and even then I was so sure it would come up negative and mean another loss. I still worry about that.

My first IUI will be next month and I will not be testing out the trigger... I don't want to see the lines unless they're real!!!

Once, it seems like a long ago fantasy at this point. Like a lot of you have already said, I fear I won't see another one. I know it gives me anxiety to POAS so I wait as long as possible.

2 BFPs, no LOs.
I have one more test from my huge batch of ICs. I'm not using it til I really think it could be it. (No more early testing.) And once it's gone that's it! I'm not buying anymore. I never thought I'd get to a point where I said that.

I've always been curious if I still qualify as an IFer. I mean, I have two kids, but there is no way that I would have them without the extensive medical intervention that we've had. I think I feel... guilty? Maybe that's the word. Whatever the case, I didn't see a single 2nd line, even an evap, until it was the real deal.

I have never seen a BFP and the more I test, the more I also feel like it will never happen. We are doing IVF with next cycle, so I am trying to remaing hopeful that this will be our time!

@meganmp: Hang out wherever you feel comfortable! If you identify with IFers, then feel free to comment with us. You still went through a lot to get your kids, so you for sure understand what we're all going through.

I have one LO and two angel babies. Even after the bloodwork at my RE's office confirmed the pregnancy, I had to go home and pee on a stick so i could try to experience some of the normalcy i felt others got by getting pregnant without interventions. It sounds silly, but i wanted that moment
