You just never know. There are a lot on here who conceived #2 faster. If you count ntnp (forget months of pulling out method on top of that) and actually ttc with OPKs it took over s year to conceive #2 whole #1 was one month.

I feel like your body resets after pregnancy.

It took us nearly 2 years & IVF to conceive Georgia.

So far we're at 18 months, 2 miscarriages, and more failed IVF and we're still not pregnant.

13 cycles with a chemical and a miscarriage for #1; 2 cycles for #2 (assuming it sticks...)

it took me 2 years to conceive the first time (no birth control from 2005-2007, it was a MC though) then Caroline, baby #1 came almost 6 years after that (no birth control, 2 endometriosis surgery and a stint on Lupron 2007-2013)-- the 2nd pregnancy came 10 months after stopping birth control, but wasn't successful. My fertility SUCKS... but I will say, it was much faster time #2, after a live birth. So fingers crossed it'll be faster for the next time (4th pregnancy here we come)

It took us 24 cycles to conceive K (PCOS), and we weren't actively TTC for baby #2 ( so, 0 cycles).

Took 10 months and an iui to get ds1. Ended up with twins after 3 months NTNP this time around.

I wasn't ovulating with my first, so I conceived on my fourth round of clomid. We never again used birth control after she was born, and I got pregnant again right after her third birthday. It had been so long that I'd totally given up on it.

#1 was 18 months including clomid and i never went back on bc after he was born, I conceived #2 right after his first birthday, she was a COMPLETE surprise because I was still breastfeeding but I'd gotten my period back a few months before.
