@pinkcupcake: I think if you sell carters stuff in lots that would work but once you factor in shipping, I find it easier to just donate.

I like Carter's! I personally prefer to buy individual because I like to pick what I like, but as a seller lots are easier. I never know what to list things for and hope someone will just ask if they want me to split, because I totally would.

I prefer to buy at consignment sales so I don't have to pay for shipping but I would buy carter's clothes at a good price.

At consignment sales, I buy 3 pack of onesies for like $5. Not sure if anyone is willing to sell that low and pay for shipping. Though, some of my specialty onesies, I could see myself buying for $5 a piece considering I paid $10-15 retail for it.

As for shipping, I would think lots that would fit in flat rate boxes would probably be the most bang for my buck. I would pay for shipping if the flat rate box was stuffed to capacity.

ETA: yeah, I guess I might not buy 'all this for $25'. Maybe you can say, pick five items and it will be all the same shipping. Of course smaller sizes can fit more in a box than larger sizes.

I preferred Carters over anything else. Once we find out what LO2 is, I'll be in the market for lots of whichever gender, since we got rid of most of LO's baby stuff.

I like to buy single items. I'll buy Carter's if it's priced low enough. DD needs lots of clothes in sizes 6-9 and up so I'll be browsing if you list here.

@youboots: I agree, carters is so cheap new, hard to justify buying it used.

I've bought Carter's used off of the classifieds! If it's in good shape, cute and only a buck or so, it's well worth it I think - yes, Carter's is relatively cheap BUT it's still a savings to me for the most part vs paying like $5 an item.

@pinkcupcake: dd is 9-12 months. I'd buy carters and if you even have tank top summer stuff. We are sitting in ac over here

I would prefer single item and make my own bundle, it would be great if you offer slight savings or free shipping if one buys over a certain amount!

Agree about Carter's though. But it depends.. If you have stuff from past seasons that they don't make anymore that are new or EUC, you may have takers!

Do you have a local Just Between Friends or Fairytale Threads sale?
I sold all of my carters stuff there and made about $2/item.
All of the name brands I've sold on the classifieds here.

I too like buying singles or being able to make my own lot.

I'd buy Carter's stuff if it was priced aggressively, but it depends on shipping as well. As other mommies have mentioned, sometimes, there's really good deals with Carter's brand new stuff so it makes more sense to just buy them new.

Great question - I've always wondered that, too.

I likely wouldn't buy Carter's used and I'd prefer to buy one item at a time.
