I'm starting to read about BLW since our LO is very interested in anything we are eating/drinking & she'll be 6m in a couple of weeks.
What was your LO's first food? Did they like it?

Banana. And nope! she was totally weirded out by it. The first thing she seemed to like was broccoli. Then steak. Then pumpkin. Now she's interested in banana.

Green beans? And not really. He grabbed them off of my plate and they had a ton of lemon on them.
Next try was butternut squash enchiladas, and they went over incredibly well.

Avocado - she loved it! It was hilarious to watch, because it was sooo slippery and she was trying to get it in her mouth as quickly as possible.

Broccoli. She liked it well enough but zucchini is her favorite green veggie for now!
