I haven't given birth yet, but my Mom has a very low pain tolerance and she gave birth twice naturally.
With me she said it was fairly painful and very stressful (she was in labor with me for 36 hours), but with my little sister (she had a water birth with her) she said she barely felt any pain at all and was totally relaxed during the entire thing. That labor was only 2 hours from when a contraction woke her up to baby in arms.

I am a baby about being sick and muscle soreness. But, I had appendicitis and a kidnwy infection in the past, ao have delt with pain. With the kidney infection, I kept working for a week before I went to the hospital. It wasn't until I had gone a full day without standing up from the pain that I went. But, I don't think I have a high pain tolerance.
In labor, I got in the tub and went in the zone. I vocalized the whole time using low moans. Transition was quick and was the only time I began whimpering (so unproductive). I was induced and things went really quickly. I was able to focus on the ebd result. Plus, I had a great husband and midwife to support me!

I can be such a baby but when you put your mind to something like that it is amazing what you can get through. I knew what I wanted and didn't think about other options, in my head there was none.

I had a natural birth and I consider myself to be a huge wimp. To be honest, everyone who knows me was extremely surprised that I managed it but like @cyndistar3: said when you put your mind to it, it can happen. Good luck!
