Had mine at the new clinic and it was much more painful than the first one. But I had post op pain the first time that kept me in bed for 2 days. RE ruled out any infections.

This last HSG was just uncomfortable for about on and off for 5 min. This time they gave me a lodocaine shot. It was suppose to reduce the pain for the injection but it felt the same. Oh, I told them about my past allergic reaction to lobster and my last HSG, so they went with the iodine free solution.

So far no post op pain! I'll take the second experoence over the first experience.
