When did you do it? How many times was LO waking up at night when you did it? Was it successful?

For Mavrick we did it at 4 months. And I'm planning on doing it with Sienna too. It took us 4 days and he's been a great sleeper since. He was waking up 4-5 times a night (needed a soother)

I just spent a week sleep training Tobin. He is sleeping MUCH better, but still wants a bottle sometime between 3 a.m - 5 a.m. I'm okay with this because he goes to bed at 7 and once he has a bottle sleeps until 7.
I have had to sleep train a few times - once at 6 months, once again at 8 and then again at 10. Teething, being sick and moving have all been huge obstacles. Sleep training is totally worth it!

We did sleep training with my daughter when she was 16 months old. It was horrible. I remember promising myself that we would do the next baby sooo much sooner. She could stand at her crib and scream. It was a battle. Once we made it through it, after about a week, she slept SO much better (as did we). She hasn't really needed to be re-trained too much, she is now 2 and a half years old.
With my son, we did sleep training at 5 and a half months. It took just as long (even though everything I read said it should only take three days, he still hasn't mastered it a month later). But, he sleeps SO much better at night. He fusses every night from three minutes to thirty minutes after we put him down, but now he sleeps until 4am, when he gets his bottle which is our next battle, and doesn't get up!

We started night time sleep training at 2 weeks-well, I guess you would call it sleep training! We started with our bedtime routine at 2 weeks and within 3 days she went from waking up every 2-3 hours to only waking up once between 10-8. Now at 4 months, she sleeps consistently from 8:30-8:30.

@Mrs. Sunglasses: What kind of sleep training did you do? CIO?
@winniebee: I was just wondering the same thing, thanks for starting this thread! I think our LO's are just a couple of weeks apart.

4.5 months with Charlie using the ferber method. he was waking up 10+ times a night! it was life changing.... he slept through the night but night training him was pretty easy because he didn't cry much.

@Ms. Fairy Wings: Off topic, but I LOVE the name Tobin. Every time you mention Baby T's name, I wonder if I could get my husband on board with it...
