Nope. She went back when she was feeling better. We ended up keeping her home for a week just because she was so miserable. The fever was gone Tuesday. She went back the next Monday.

Nope but my friends LO needed a note. My LO was so sad and the fever just didn't go all the way down for about 5 days, so we missed a week.
