Just wondering! Since DH and I got in a "fight" the other day since I've been so lazy about taking all my vitamins. But seriously it's like 6 pills! Here's what I take, and why...

Prenatal, cuz duh.

B-12, b/c I'm a vegetarian and don't eat a lot of dairy either.

A plant based DHA/Omega 3, to help a little bean out if it starts to form (*cough* not like it did any good before *cough*)

Biotin, honestly I forget why. I must have read somewhere it helps w/ fertility. And I feel like my hair has been falling out a LOT lately. I have noticed a diff. in my nails since I started taking it.

Vitamin C: I feel like it helps me to ovulate "on time." There is no scientific evidence on this, just something I've noticed for me.

Maca: We're on a maca kick lately. My doc said it was good for fertility and stuff. DH and I both take this.

OH and my Chinese herb pill which I haven't even been taking ::sigh::
