Does anyone have this? Love it? Hate it? I like the look and price point!

I know it's Swedish, but that is such a weird name for a product...

Hahaha I know! When I first made the title of the post I had to go back and add quotes and the weird A thing to make it look less like I was posting about ikea blaming something! Lol

I saw it in the store and I really liked it...but we already have a gross fabric covered chair.

Oooh I like this! However, I know a bee who had an Ikea high chair and haaated how the white tray stained, which would make me think twixe about this one.

@HabesBabe: DH and I have the BEST time at IKEA coming up with funnier versions of the foreign names for all the products . . . we are usually reeeeeally inappropriate about it, but we enjoy ourselves in the process!

I have the Ikea Antilope - it was 20$ - easy to put together and clean. It isn't beautiful, but not an eyesore either. I'm glad I didn't spend any more on a high chair, I feel like it's definitely a baby gear item that doesn't need to be anything too fancy.

Also - I've taken the Antilope apart before to bring it to my parents for the weekend - takes about 5 seconds to dismantle.

@petunia354: I HATED the Antilop! HATED! Maybe that was me, haha!
The antilop was my biggest gear mistake, and the only fortunate thing was that it was only $30. It was soooo stupid and cheap. It grabbed color from food, and always stained no matter what I did (I had the ivory), the tray did not come off easily AT ALL, so that just made it even harder to clean. And it just had the stupid leg holes like a grocery cart does, so when she got super wiggly, she was not snug in there at all.
Everyone who came into contact with it thought it was the most unbelievably cheap high chair we could have possibly gotten. My mom was so horrified by it that she went out and bought us a new one, which we LOVE. It's the Heidi Klum one for BRU (I think it's Scrumptious or something), and it's so much nicer.
I am not a fan of Ikea, but the Antilop got such rave reviews on here, I still do not understand it. So I trusted the reviews and got it. I would never buy Ikea baby stuff again. Or really anything IKEA just bc I'm not interested in wasting money on lower quality stuff. Even if it's not a lot of money, this demonstrated to me that it's still a waste in the long run.
I would stick to companies that specialize in making baby gear instead of companies that specialize in making cheap stuff. But that is just my experience and my opinion:)

FWIW that tray looks like the exact same kind as the one on the Antilop that stained like a mutha, except the Antilop one is rectangular. Same color/material though.
Oh the Antilop was even recommended on Lucie's List and I just will never understand it bc that high chair SUCKED.

I like the look of this, but there are no leg holes... won't the baby just slide out? Looks like they're trying to do something similar to the Tripp Trapp.

We LOVE the Antilop! It's super easy to take apart for travel. We also just stick the whole thing into our shower to get it super clean. We haven't had any problems with staining and we have the white.

I like the look of that one. We have the antilop and live it! Doesn't take up much room, easy to put together, easy to clean. We've had no problems with staining and DS loves to mush his food up and into the tray.
